GymMovers
GymMovers is a 3 year old ‘Movement’ class, ideal for little ones who have attended our ‘Explorer’ sessions with their parent/guardian. This is a structured, independent child class allowing the children to access different pieces of equipment in a fun themed environment. This class will go through the basic fundamental skills and is the stepping stone into the recreational class. Children will also practice social skills and memory building through group-play.
Gymnastics Classes
Fundamental Movement Academy can boast one of the regions best equipped gyms with some of the most experienced coaches available.
The exciting, challenging and fun ‘My Gymnastics’ programme, aimed at children of school age, provides the perfect environment and opportunity to learn a broad range of skills that will help develop their fundamental core movements. Children are encouraged to develop at their own individual pace enabling them to achieve their full potential by working through a grading system and receive certificates and optional medals.
Trampoline Classes
Whether you are a complete beginner, elite standard competitive gymnast or just a garden trampoline enthusiast, a team of fully qualified and DBS checked coaches will help teach you a wide range of tricks and skills and take members through an Award Scheme in a fun and safe environment. Come along and learn to twist, somersault and land on the Olympic-sized equipment.
