Gymnastics, trampolining, role play village and soft play, Fundamental Movement Academy in Cheltenham has it all!
Just opened in December 2023, we were blown away by the brilliance & variety of activities to do here for a mix of ages.
Teeny Tiny Town
This super cute role play village is perfect for imaginative play. The row of shops has everything from a vet surgery to cafe and beauty parlour to fire station. Each has lots of accessories and you could easily spend your whole time in this area!
Role play is like the secret sauce for little ones’ development – it’s where the magic happens! Picture this: kids getting dressed , pretending to be fire fighters or setting up their own little tea parties at the cafe. It’s not just cute; it’s a powerhouse for their growth. When they dive into make-believe scenarios, they’re not just playing – they’re learning. It’s a crash course in social skills, creativity, and problem-solving.
Plus, it’s a language boot camp – they’re chatting away, making up stories, and soaking up new words like sponges.
Trampolines & Gymanstics
If you’re looking to leap off some energy, then the trampolines are ideal with a couple of long runs. They also have a fully functioning gymanstics hall.
We had a good run around free play style but there are trampoline and gymanstic classes available too.
Soft Play
Fancy a little bit of soft play? With a circus theme, it’s bright and colourful and arranged over a couple of levels with a mix of things to climb, clamber, run, crawl and slide down.
Parking
It’s situated just behind Lidl in Cheltenham (centre of town). Drive into Lidl car park & it’s in there. Add your car reg into the ipad there upon arrival.
