Wokingham Festival 2025

Wokingham Festival 20425 is back for the August Bank Holiday Weekend for three days of excellent live music, delicious food and drink and a range of activities to keep the little ones entertained.
A community run family friendly festival, there’s lots planned for kids.
Circus Scene – FREE
Who thinks they could be a great juggler? How about trying some hula hooping? Or spinning diabolos?
Cathy will be teaching a selection of circus skills again this year, plus a selection of table top games, and has a fantastic array of unusual playthings where imagination can run riot.
There will be Hula Hoop Sessions, Skipping Games, Skill Toys, Giant Bubble Session, Space Hoppers, Toddler Tots play area/cars/dinosaurs etc., Table Top Games eg chess, draughts, Scrabble, Chalk Drawing table, Book/quiet corner.
Jadoo-Tribal Dance – FREE FCBD taster sessions
Do you know your swivel step from your shimmy, or your hip twist from a figure 8? Have you seen the amazing dancers with Spriggan Mist and wondered if you could do that too?
Find out more every day at the Festival this year, with demos and free workshop sessions from Jadoo-Tribal Dance, led by Catriona.
Workshops will be short taster sessions in both the fast and slow vocabulary with a performance demonstration by troupe & students.
Jadoo-Tribal Dance will also be performing with Spriggan Mist on the main stage on Monday afternoon.
Experience the magic and uplifting dance that is FCBD (Fat Chance Belly Dance).
Suitable for all ages, fitness levels, body shapes and genders!
Face painting and Glitter tattoos
If you fancy transforming your look for the day, Every Bounce Counts will be one hand to give you a whole new look with face paints (anything from Little Mermaid to The Hulk), or to add some sparkle to your day with Glitter Tattoos.
