Happy child painting the cardboard with green color. Kid having fun at home. Spring Earth day holiday concept
Get eco-friendly and make your own renewable energy at this month’s Science Oxford Earth Day-themed club, tailored for 5-9 year olds.
Spot seasonal changes in our woodland, and see how wildlife might be affected by climate change. Bright sparks create electricity with our circuit-challenge in the workshop, and take a simple test to discover your carbon footprint!
Investigate whether the sun or the wind creates the most ‘planet power’ and make solar panel experiments or mini wind-turbines to test outside or at home. You can take home our Nature Club seed-paper bookmark for Earth Day, and plant wildflowers in a green space this spring!
