After years of hosting the Abingdon Fireworks & Hot Air Balloon Festival, this year it will be the Abingdon Fireworks and Monster Trucks Festival on 30th August 2025.

Hot air balloons are truly spectacular, but they require absolutely perfect weather conditions to safely inflate and fly. Unfortunately, in the UK, those ideal conditions are rare, which has meant many years of uncertainty around whether the balloons could appear. This is an event that delivers BIG thrills no matter the weather—
