The Cake Alchemist, right in the centre of Cheltenham, was a super little find. Originally starting as home baking business, Kleopatra Moraiti, a self-taught pastry chef expanded in 2022 opening the bakery story and cafe on Regent Street.
It was the perfect place to meet up with friends and would be just as relaxing to come solo and what makes it perfect if you have kids is the Cake Land Play Area.
The fabulous children’s playroom has lots of toys, books, colouring in & more, mostly oriented to younger kids. You take your shoes off for the play area so it stays very clean too.
So with the kids happy, what else is in it for parents? The hot drinks and cakes were delicious and you can actually relax and enjoy while the kid play. The cafe also offers snakes, lunches and treats and I have to say my hot chocolate was delish.
