Situated in the centre of the High Street in Theale, Bradleys is a real gem for families. Whether you are looking for a quick stop for cake and coffee, or you are ready to indulge in their brunch and lunch menus, the menu at Bradley’s is packed with delicious things you’ll be desperate to try. There are kid’s options too and Bradley’s is just a fifteen minute walk to IKEA so it’s the perfect place to stop before or after a shopping trip!
We stopped by Bradleys recently for some brunch and they have the most amazing selection of waffles and pancakes. My son and I both went for Biscoff and Banana waffles which were loaded with Biscoff Spread, crushed biscuits and topped with whipped cream. Our plates arrived with not one but two waffles. We were defeated after the first one, but the staff were lovely in offering us some boxes to take away the rest.
For lunch there is a wide menu including paninis, baguettes, toasties, and even pizza! They also offer a range of savoury breakfast options including Full English, available until 11am. We loved the look of the sharing boards for lunch and there are also plenty of options for children.
For a sweet treat at the end of your meal you will be spoilt for choice. If I hadn’t just eaten an enormous waffle, then I definitely would have tried one of Bradely’s famous Cookie pie slices. They look amazing! On the drinks menu there are all the usual coffees and teas you’d expect plus some great fresh smoothie options plus milkshakes and juices for the kids.
The café itself is modern and fresh with funky décor and comfy seats. There’s also lots to make visiting with littles one much easier like high chairs and a changing table in the toilets. Bradleys is family run and we have had a lovely warm welcome every time we have visited. Bradelys is definitely a top favourite for our kids!
